Due to the record flood predictions for the Chehalis, Cowlitz, Newaukum and Skookumchuck rivers, The Chronicle is reactivating LewisCountyBuzz.com.
The site will allow for serious discussions and helpful items regarding the flood and its aftermath in order to help the community through what is shaping up to be a major flood disaster.
Items such as roads under water, general flood conditions and safe travel routes are encouraged. Photographs are most welcome (send photographs also to news@chronline.com in their original high resolution).
Anyone posting other types of material will have their submissions taken down and they will be blocked from further input.
We thank all in advance for their submissions as we work together. We remind all that this is a time to prepare, to be safe and to check on neighbors and friends that might be in harm’s way.
