OLYMPIA — The ability of the Chehalis River Basin Flood Authority to study the potential of building dams along the Chehalis River would be hampered by the Senate’s capital budget released Tuesday. “The Senate version is a total disaster,” said Ron Averill, Lewis County commissioner and vice chair on the flood authority. “It eliminates the ability to study water retention, and we won’t be able to continue on with the projects we have going.”

. . .continue with the projects we have going. Would those be the same projects for the last 75 years that have worked so well??

Take the money from all of the "studies" that have been done and DO SOMETHING.
